ODGOVORNO UŽIVAJTE U LJETOVANJU
S ciljem prevencije i osiguranja sigurnosti građana i turista tijekom ljetnih mjeseci, Ravnateljstvo civilne zaštite Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova Republike Hrvatske izdalo je letak pod nazivom „Odgovorno uživajte u ljetovanju“. Letak je dostupan i na engleskom jeziku pod nazivom “Enjoy your vacation responsibly”.
U njemu ćete pronaći korisne savjete i preporuke, uključujući:
- praćenje vremenskih prognoza za informacije o potencijalno opasnim vremenskim uvjetima, savjete za zaštitu od jakog sunca i važnost izbjegavanja izlaganja suncu između 10 i 17 sati. Posebno se naglašava da ne ostavljate djecu i životinje u parkiranim vozilima.
- Preporučuje se izletnicima da na izlete u prirodu ne idu sami, da nose odgovarajuću odjeću i obuću, nose zalihe vode i hrane te napunjeni mobitel. U slučaju opasnosti, uputno je nazvati broj 112, putem kojeg se može dobiti pomoć policije, vatrogasaca, hitne medicinske službe, gorske službe spašavanja i drugih relevantnih službi.
- Također se upozorava da je paljenje vatre na otvorenom strogo zabranjeno, te ukoliko uočite plamen ili dim, odmah trebate nazvati 112 ili vatrogasce na 193.

GUIDELINES FOR SAFE AND RESPONSIBLE SUMMER HOLIDAYS FROM THE DIRECTORATE OF CIVIL PROTECTION
In an effort to prevent and ensure the safety of citizens and tourists during the summer months, the Directorate of Civil Protection of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Croatia has issued a leaflet entitled “Enjoy your vacation responsibly”. The leaflet is also available in Croatian under the title “Odgovorno uživajte u ljetovanju”.
Within it, you will find useful tips and recommendations, including:
- tracking weather forecasts for information on potentially hazardous weather conditions, advice on protection from strong sun and the importance of avoiding sun exposure between 10 AM and 5 PM. It is especially emphasized not to leave children and pets in parked vehicles.
- Excursionists are advised not to go on nature trips alone, to wear suitable clothing and footwear, to carry water and food supplies, and to have a charged mobile phone. In case of danger, it is advisable to call 112, through which you can get assistance from the police, fire department, emergency medical service, mountain rescue service, and other relevant services.
- Also, it is warned that starting a fire in the open is strictly prohibited, and if you notice flames or smoke, you should immediately call 112 or the fire department at 193.
